Between the meadows of Bormio and the high pastures of Valfurva lies the agricultural heart of Agriturismo La Stalla<\/strong>: a small family-run farm where around twenty Brown Swiss cows<\/strong> live in step with the rhythms of nature.
From May to September they graze freely in the fields and on the alpine pastures<\/strong>; in the winter months they find shelter in the cowshed, where they are looked after with care and respect.<\/p>

The hay that feeds them comes from our own meadows, cut and gathered in summer, and the milk they produce is delivered to a local dairy, where it is turned into cheeses and dairy products with an authentic flavour<\/strong>, rich with the scent of grass and mountain sunshine.<\/p>
